We are shaping the future—and it begins right now. It is essential that we bring hope to people, as hope has accompanied humanity throughout its history in all its forms. Each of us has the ability to contribute to that hope. It is a shared responsibility that transcends individuals and disciplines. Whether we represent any field of TCIM/CAM or EBM, let us come together during this congress to formulate a joint Prague Declaration in the interest of all—patients and those who care for them. The Prague Declaration will be addressed primarily to those shaping the future of healthcare, professional associations, and European and national healthcare coordinators.
Therefore, it is important to seek answers to the following three questions:
1) How should we build bridges between TCIM and EBM in healthcare?
2) How does your contribution move TCIM forward?
3) What is the future of TCIM and what strategies would you propose for moving forward?
